Instructions on How Best to Submit Tournament Results for Ranking
Return to Ranking Page

Spreadsheets are the ideal means by which to submit tournament results for the national ranking system. However, if you are not familiar with such program all is not lost. Merely submit all the required data  to Dan Hazelwood and it will be organized for you. Using a spreadsheet format just makes the data entry easier.

bulletIf using a spreadsheet the first and last name should be in separate cells.
bulletSecond, the organizer should give a number to each player and then use this number to indicate who played whom.
bulletThird, the organizer should indicate the 'place' a player finished (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) - this should be ordered according to ANY scoring system the organizer was using.
bulletFinally, the name, date, location AP level and scoring system of the tournament are required.
