The long awaited results of the B'Ham Bunnies vs the MsLou Swamp Rats Challenge Match are in. Remember that this was a 400AP single list match, 15 point scoring system, with each team choosing one player for each of the Army List Books, and one open list player on the Tie Breaker Table. Neither team knew the match ups before the games began on Sunday morning the 24th.

The match ups were:

Book Four:
Bunny Lee Cleveland - Later Hungarian
Swamp Rat Chris Johnston - Serbian

Book Three
Bunny Joey Miller - Early Byzantine
Swamp Rat John Jernigan - Pre Feudal Scots

Book Two
Bunny John Chua - Pictish
Swamp Rat Simone Fraternelli - EIR
(Note that John stepped in for Bunny Brad Dunlap who had to drop out at the last minute)

Book One
Bunny Scott Allen - Early Vietnamese
Swamp Rat Steve Payne - Early Vietnamese

Tie Breaker
Bunny Whit Russell - Gallic
Swamp Rat Bill Sierichs - Seleucid

And now for the results:

Tie Breaker Bunnies 0 - Swamp Rats 15

Book One Bunnies 7 - Swamp Rats 7

Book Two Bunnies 7 - Swamp Rats 4

Book Three Bunnies 4 - Swamp Rats 13

Book Four Bunnies 0 - Swamp Rats 15

The SWAMP RATS are VICTORIOUS - 39 to 18.

The Bunnies are already demanding a rematch - maybe in B'Ham in April where they will have the advantage of Bunny Brad in attendance. However, we note that the only game where the Bunnies outpointed the Rats was by Brad's stand in - a good ol boy from Baton Rouge. We also note that while Swamp Rat John Jernigan continued his winning ways against the Bunnies, the top Bunny Scott Allen, coming off 7 straight tournament trash army wins including a 4-0 championship at Houston, was unable to prevail over his Swamp Rat trash army opponent.
